Yoga Love is a place to find presence and connection. In a world that keeps rushing forward, Nathalie has created a space to slow down, feel, move safely, strengthen and breathe deeply. A space where yoga isn’t a performance, but a practice—accessible to everybody, in every home.
What started as a small online offering to a few friends has blossomed into a supportive and complete online studio with Nathalie's guidance.
Whether you’re unrolling your mat at sunrise, carving out 20 minutes after the kids are asleep, or simply showing up as you are—Nathalie is here to meet you there. A space for you to find harmony.

Meet Nathalie
Founder. Instructor. Lifelong mover.
Nathalie dedicated her life to the arts and movement studies. She spent the first part of her life training and becoming a professional dancer. When she retired, she wanted to help others move better with strength, and ease, she then focused her studies on postural rehabilitation, core, yoga and mindfulness.
For over 25 years now, she has guided people of all walks of life in yoga, core, ballet, and mindfulness. Known for her ability to read bodies and adapt practices, Nathalie’s classes balance precision with presence, strength with softness.
Her mission is simple: to help you feel at home in your body and discover movement as a source of nourishment and empowerment.
